5 Benefits to Setting Your Intentions

There are many reasons to set your weekly intentions, here are my favorite five.


1. It makes you more Mindful. *If you do everything with intent you may start to become more in tune with yourself and your spiritual being. This opens your heart and mind!


2. It keeps you Centered. *When you have a set of intentions, it may help you to feel whole, you can see when something is missing in your life. Seeing all of your intentions can give you feelings of presence, fullness, and awareness.


3. Intentions have no limits. * You can set them daily, weekly, or monthly. The possibilities are endless. You can't have to many or to little. *Creating intentions gives you a purpose for each day and forces you into the present-- forgive yourself for the past and remove any future anxieties.


4. Intentions affect every aspect of your life. *When you set them out in front of you, it shows you how they impact your daily life- from personal to professional. The same intention will present itself in disparate areas of your life, with the power to transform your mind, body, and soul.


5. Improve your effectiveness. * This gives your subconscious a way to ensure opportunities will arise to practice that specific intention in big and small ways. Positive Intentions lead to positive attitudes. Positive attitudes unblock barriers and increases your personal productivity.
